An Orange County grand jury has indicted Keith Moses on 16 counts, including three first-degree murder charges, in the fatal shootings of 9-year-old T’yonna Major, Nathacha Augustin and Spectrum News 13 reporter Dylan Lyons in Pine Hills on Feb. 22, according to court records.
